Heel Cushions can easily be moved from one pair of shoes to another and are marked left "L" and right "R" on the inside of the arch. If the sides curl slight trimming of the sides with scissors may be necessary - do not trim heel or blue inserts. The blue inserts are softer than the rest of the cushion.
